Screen Printing
Vibrant ink pushed through a mesh screen. The most cost effective method for medium and large runs.

Bold color, bulk friendly.
Screen printing uses a custom stencil for each color of your design. Ink is pressed through the mesh onto the garment, cured with heat, and locked in for the long haul. It is the gold standard for vibrant, opaque prints on cotton and blends, especially in larger quantities.
Why teams choose it
- Best per piece pricing at higher quantities
- Vibrant, opaque color that pops on dark garments
- Extremely durable wash after wash
- Specialty inks: puff, metallic, glow, soft hand
How it works
- 1Art is separated by color and burned onto screens
- 2Each screen lays down one ink color in registration
- 3Prints are cured with high heat to lock in the ink
- 4Every garment is inspected before packing
